Feel free to contact us by phone at (262) 694-6515 for an appointment, a refill request, or to have a question answered.  Our fax number is (262) 694-5046.  Our hours of operation are Mon. - Fri., 8AM - 7PM; Sat., 8AM - 2PM, Sun.: Closed.  Click the directions button to get driving directions to our hospital.    

In case of an EMERGENCY you can contact us on our pager. The number for the pager can be found at the bottom of one of your receipts, or on our magnet we sent home with you. If we are unavailable you can contact Animal Emergency & Treatment Center in Grayslake, IL at (847) 548-5300, or Animal Emergency Center in Milwaukee, WI at (414) 540-6710.

You can now fill out our new client form before coming in.  Click on the following button labeled "New Clients" and the form will load in a printable PDF file that you may print off.  You can then fill it out and bring it with you to the appointment.  We have done this to help improve your experience with us.
