REFILLS

    In the interest of providing our clients with better service we are offering the ability to request refills by electronic form submission. 

Special Orders:  If you need a refill on a special order medication for your pet please click on the "Special Order" button.  It may take 7 - 10 days for the refill to be filled.  We will call you when it is in and ready to be picked up.

Medication Refill:  If you need to get a regular medication refilled, please click on the "Medications" button.  Barring unforeseen circumstances, we will have the medication ready for pick-up within 1 business day.  Please call us if you need the refill sooner.

Prescription Foods:  If you need to pick up a refill of prescription food, please click on the "Food" button.  We will set a bag/cans of food aside for your pet if we have it in stock.  We will hold the bag/cans for 1 week.  If we do not have it in stock and have to place an order, the food will be in by the Thursday of the following week.  We will contact you when the food is here.
