I have been a member of Care since May 2006. My husband & I share a house with our German Shepherd Dogs, Jazzy & Rueger and our Black & Tan Coonhound, Tracker and 3 cats, Bootsie, Candi & Star. Tracker & Rueger are both involved in Tracking. In April of 2007 Tracker earned his first Tracking title, TD, in Hanover Park, Illinois. We are now working towards his TDX title. Rueger has just started tracking & is looking forward to entering his first test this year. I am also a volunteer with the German Shepherd Rescue Alliance of Wisconsin. I help with transporting dogs to new foster homes & also doing home visits for potential adopters. My husband & I also tried our hand at fostering this past year, but discovered that we are “foster failures” since we adopted the dog we were fostering. Rueger fit in very well with our other dogs & we couldn’t see living with out him.
